They broke a new record with over 1,500 trail cams placed at every wet or potentially wet spot on the strip, at least a dozen chute planes in the air at all times (using night vision after dark), three dozen guides and assistant guides glassing every ridge and valley, and high resolution heat sensing satellite imagery from NASA combing the dense junipers at night for heat signatures accompanied by high calcium and phosphorous readings, which yielded a rifle velvet buck pushing 300" for a governors tag holder.
At least, that is how I imagine it going down, but I haven't heard anything yet. ;-)
