Wyo.Elk areas 16 and7

I'm from Georgia and wanting to elk hunt near Casper next year (I have family there). Hoping for a bull tag but may put in for a cow.I have some points and probably will enter the special tag drawing. Looking at areas 16 and 7. Are Shirley Mtns. in 16? A buddy of mine in Casper tells me chances to get an elk are good there. Not too familiar with area 7. Any info would be appreciated

How many points you got after this year? I can look it up for you and see if you have enough PP to draw those areas.

Probably not enough. I only have 3, but was hoping with the special license I may have a chance to slip in. But I think 5-6 points would be more realistic. But I'm still considering a cow, so still need info about the areas
