What is happening on the Pahvant LE Elk hunt? I need pics and updates of any kind? Are the bulls starting to talk at all on the North or South end?

Still pretty quiet, but there's a few talkers. I know of one local guy that killed a really cool bull yesterday on the South end. There's a nice one on the North end that a bunch of guys are chasing. Everyhting is pretty low in the canyons right now.
Things should start to heat up in the next few weeks.

The bugling is picking up. With any luck this weekend could be good.

The South bull was a 380 bull and had a cool frame. Had some little devil tines and a real nice back end.
I also heard there was a 400 killed down there, but I hear that every year and I didn't see any pics.
Other than that, it's a pretty average year. Lots of 330ish bulls running around with the occasional 350 here and there.
One hunter I was helping had his truck get struck by lightning and it totaled his truck so he has been back home for a week or so. We are heading back down this weekend for 5-6 days.

Hopefully Isaac will have some better luck with the elk this weekend than he did with his truck.

For sure.
He needs to hit it hard when he gets back. There's one bull we have an eye on that he needs to close the deal on, but there are several guys on to him now. He may even be dead by now, not sure.
