Where are the Washington bucks!?!?!?

I am not seeing any posts of deer havested in washington. I know things are VERY slow in the units around me and I didn't see much hunting up north (Okanogan) on opener either... Is it a slow year or what?

I have seen plenty aminals! It is all about the glasses. Even a couple legal bucks on state land!

I saw a ton of deer and a few bucks this last weekend over near Hearts Pass and Mazama. I only saw two legal bucks though and both were small 3 pointers. Had a friend get a nice buck over near ellensburg, other then that I think it's been slow.

i saw some with my hunting buddy in gmu 121 b ut they where realy high up. did not hear many shots up there just from below in the whitetail ladns

I also drew the chiwawa tag. I went over last weekend with the family for a scouting trip,(They stayed in Levenworth). I am not to familure with the area but after talking to several people, I have an idea where to go. Right now the leaves are still on and visibility is not very good. I am told that will all have changed by Nov. 1st. Like you I will not be going over untill the 9th. We saw seven does on opening morning and nothing on sunday. I am told if the weather is right you can see 50 plus deer in a day. Have you hunted or scouted this unit befor?
