Took this little bull last Wednesday in the Gila wilderness. One arrow at 60 yards. He went 90 yards from where I hit him.

Yea I would of passed on that dink. Since it's not a Utah bull, he must score around 330.

Congrats on an awesome bull!

Had to draw on him 10 or 12 times before I decided to let the arrow go, but since he was only 50 yards from camp I figured what the heck....

Shot him 2.5 miles back from the road in the Gila wilderness. Between the 2.5 miles of canyons and my fat butt I was whipped by the time I got back to camp.

The 3rds look Weak!

PISSCUTTER 3rds!:D

Nice Bull!

Best Watch Out!
My Arm is starting to Hurt!
I'm about to Itch it!

Just be happy you didn't shoot a BIG Bull. LOL
That is a Fine NM Bull.

How was the rain? It was the most rain we have ever seen. Every draw had a one foot or better stream. Would have thought we were in Alaska with all the water. The Gila river is over flowing its banks big time. It rained 7 of the 8 days we were there, with a couple days being all day. Really different for southern NM.

Very nice bull Rabid!

Nice bull!! It was tuff hunting this year and the rain was out of hand there are tons of hunts being canceled by guides and lots of people still stranded out in the flats due to most roads being washed out. Heard of several trucks F350's being washed away by people trying to push through water... There are lakes of water bigger then the actual lakes here in NM...

Thanks for sharing how the rain was, again congrats on a awesome bull under extremely tough conditions.

I have the second rifle hunt (Oct 19) and really appreciate the info on the rain, I hope for all the good people in NM the rain subsides and people can get on with their lives, crazy reading and watching the videos of Mogollon and the Glenwood areas and what the rain has done.... I live in AZ and remember one time in 82 what the torrential rains did....my home town was cut off for a couple of weeks because the bridge washed away.
