GMU 54,55,66,67,551

I am trying to decide which of these areas to hunt in Colorado and was looking for some advice. It would be either a 3rd or 4th season hunt. I would like to find a buck pushing the 200 inch mark or bigger. I also want an area that is 80% or more public land. Which would best fit what I am looking for? Any help would be much appreciated.

Any of those units you listed are what you are looking for. 180 to 190 likely if you do your work 200+ doable but no for sure. 54,66 and 67 would be higher on my list than 551 or 55. just my opinion.
