"No Bones About It"

Chester thats not the ghost buck.

I don't think that guy wanted that pic all over the net.

That buck scores 215.

If this picture is real that's a fantastic buck and the mass is unreal, maybe it is unreal? I know nothing about how guys photoshop pictures but are you sure this hasn't been tweeked? look at bases , just average mass.

If it's real, wow.

Thankyou for the comments on the deer guys. Like YH had said I really didn't want this picture on the internet, and this isn't the only place it has come up. You would think that before people post someone else's picture they would get the o.k. first, but then again they aren't totally to blame they like to see good deer just like the rest of us, most of it is my fault for sending a couple of pictures to friends that I didn't think would send it through the e-mails like a virus. And just so you know this deer is 100% REAL! But don't always beleive the kill area listed is 100% real!

I figured the real reason you didn't want it on the net for fear that the woman of the house might see that skull dripping on her carpet...LOL

ramdwn, been there..... Don't be too pissed friends can get pretty excited but like you said permission is always nice first. Congrats on a great buck!

AWESOME!!!!! That is a great typical! Congrats on killing a buck of a lifetime. As for those that post up pics with no permission, I've been known to do that a time or 2. :) I figure if I get it in a mass email, then it's fair game. If you really don't want to world to know about it, then you really have to keep it out of emails.

Hm....
I dont know......
he doesnt have very good back forks.....
Management deer?
Last day buck?
LOL!
AWESOME BUCK!

The hunt was way more than I had expected. We picked an area that we had no time to look over or anything other than glassing from a long distance away, going over some maps and basically heading out to a specific location that we thought looked good on the map. After riding in for a few hours I wasn't to sure of the area or if it was the right choice. I had a very difficult time getting my horses into the area, with all of the down fall and rocky terrain at times I didn't know if I was going to be packing everything out or if they were. Opening day I guess I just happened to be in the right place at the right time, we glassed a few small bucks up in some chutes at daylight and when we were moving to get a better look we bumped this one from its bed I was able to get one good shot off and thank god I didn't miss. That is the hunt in a nutshell.
