Great tag, Wish I had drawn it. I was chasing bulls down there last year with my bow and had a blast. I'll probably be down there again on the archery hunt calling bulls for friends.
There is all sorts of terrain there and you can pretty much find elk in all of it. The bigger bulls do tend to hang out in the steeper stuff. That unit is so big there is no way you can cover it all. I would pick a spot and concentrate your scouting efforts on a specific area and learn it well. Hopefully you can make it down to scout during the summer.

Man I didn't know real people actually drew expo tags! You lucky son of a gun. Sounds like the easiest elk hunt ever to me. Highest elk population unit in Utah with a rifle during the rut...yup can't get much easier than that.
