My brother in-law is going on his first archery elk hunt this week. Just wondering what the rut activity has been like in the north west part of the state so far?
I just left Unit 2 and it was really turning on but that is unit 2 with plenty of bulls and low cow density. Bulls where we hunted were starting to gather there cows.
