I'm looking to reload some rounds for my 300 win mag and just wanted everyone's opion. What grain bullet should I use 165, 180, 190? I'll be mostly hunting mule deer and elk an the occasional antelope. Thanks for the input.

Both of those bullets are great. However, you need to determine what your rifle likes, i.e. how accurate are they or any other you may try. You may have the best bullet out there but your rifle will not group well. Some rifles are only accurate with one bullet. So you may need to shoot more than one bullet to determine the best one for its accuracy. Good luck.

TSX is right.
You need to try 165-180 at least. But if you can get them to shoot, I'd lean to the lighter well constructed bullet which is more suited for deer and antelope.
I also shoot the Barnes 168 TTSX in my 300wsm and it's a dandy all around combination for what you want.

+2 for experimenting with different rounds, my 300 Wm fav. is 190 berger vld hunters 80 gr h-1000 fed 215m primers... they flat out work
