need partner

I've been researching buying a hunting property in either the gila of new mexico or colorado for awhile. either would provide landowner tags in hard to draw units. I'm 44 and have small children. I'm from louisiana and have hunted out west for 15 plus years. most of the properties big enough to get landowner tags every year are 500 grand at least. i need a partner to go 50/50 with and buy a place. have several in mind. some in unit 15 new mexico . one near craig colorado. would have to be the right person with same ideas, values as me. no drinking, kids a priority etc. pm me if anyone interested

I agree....the no drinking clause may have narrowed your field down significantly. Good luck though, hope you find what your looking for.

How about smoking dope? It's legal in Colorado ya know. You could even grow your own on your new hunting/dope property.

What's the interview process?
How will you be assured of someone's "values"?
Will your half ownership be financially encumbered or free and clear?
What would you expect to see in your partner's portfolio?
This could be a can-O-worms if not handled correctly.
