I have a question for those of you who hunt here and or live by this unit.
Last year when I hunted this unit, there was a farmers Alfalfa Field that was holding a HUGE buck, he had two other bucks running with him and one of them was pretty darn nice also. If you know of this buck, you will not say there alot of huge bucks in alfalfa fields, if you know of him you know where I'm talking about.
I won't give any detial as to where in the unit this is, this unit is huge and there are alfalfa fields every where.
But I was wondering if anyone got this buck last year?????? Open morning we drove by on the way to are spot and we saw 9 rigs park all around this field. And more people driven around it.
Just wondering if he was havested? we hunt near this field but when we saw all the people we went to another spot, and later in the week we came back to hunt by there and we didn't see any deer, this is a spot where we see alot of does and some bucks but I think with all the pressure everything headed out.... Just wondering??????
It sure would be nice if he lived and got pushed to are spot.....
