It looks like a mule deer in every way except that tail. Its not a blacktail is it? That's a huge blacktail if so.

Great buck..he has some blacktail in him for sure..seems like the bucks from the parks that migrate down the western slope have more blacktail in them than the bucks on the eastern side..I have a pic of a buck from the western slope from about three weeks ago..he has the same tail as this buck..he'e also a 5by4..at least 30 wide..maybe a little over..

You cant see it but there is appartment buildings and homes all over around that buck,it a tuff art to get a pic of a buck in that area and cut the homes out,and he was only ten yards away in the pics.

He dropped them saturday night or sunday morning didnt get to look around much it rained hard all sunday.I havent found them yet but I just got to look yesterday for an hour.I did find a pile of bone today while at work I will put the pic up soon.

The 4x4 I found on my lunch break it was last years and the others i found while looking for the 4x5 I am getting closer the brown 4 point with the junk hanging of the main beam was his buddy they ran together.
