NM best draw areas?

I have never put in for NM for deer. I really have no clue where to even start as the few times I elk hunted there I never seen much for bucks anyway. Can anyone throw me a bone and tell me what are considered to be the best public land draw units? I think it is time I start applying for more deer hunts. PM's welcome

2b muzzle, 2b late rifle. I took a 190 5/8 SCI score,in the muzzle 2b this past season.
