With a muzzle loader that is :)
Had an awesome time with my best bud Bret, was awesome having him there to share the experience with! We didn't see an elk on Saturday but did see, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and couple coyotes to keep us busy.
Sunday morning was able to finally spot some elk and this guy had 5 cows with him. 220 yard shot and he was down, no where near as big as my dad's bull last year with the same gun but his shot was 216 yards with a scope, so at least I got him by 4 yards with peep sights. lol

Thanks fellas,
Here is a pic of the bullet; Federal premium, 270 grain. retained all of its weight, the one flange is just bent down more than the others.

Very Nice. Sounds like a great time with friends and a Good bull as a topper.

Nice bull. Would love to see a picture of your dad's if it was that much bigger.

My hunting spot is so secret, not even the elk have found it yet.
