applying in Nevada

Last time I applied in Nevada, my credit card was not charged until I was successfull and drew. Is it still done this way, or will they charge it up front and give me a credit if not successful.

If you want the bonus pt you need to buy a license (draw is successful they charge for tag after draw!)....and will pay upfront plus fees....if no license they will charge fees only unless successful draw then they will charge again for license and tag....no credit if sucessful!
