I don't think you can draw 62. People drew 62 with 9 points in 2015 but these were max point people. If you go into the 2016 draw with 9 points the max points will be 10 and it's doubtful that anyone with less than max points will draw 62.
I think these are totally different type hunts. I am not very familiar with 61 but it's mostly wilderness, horseback, tent camp hunts. Area 7 will be mostly private land, bunk house, hunt from the truck type hunt.
Some of the outfitters in Area 7 are, Wagonhound, Elk Mountain Outfitters, Triple Creek Hunts and Turkey Track.
Wagonhound has by far the most land and is the most expensive, owner of Triple Creek Hunts posts on here occasionally as ICM Deer.
A 350 bull is possible in area 7 but I think it's the exception. I was told when I hunted there that a 320 to 330 was a reasonable expectation but I think that was a little high also. If you look at the photos on outfitter web sites you won't see many 330 bulls. But a lot of people shoot the first 300 6 X 6 they see.
A person that posts on here (Predator) killed a huge bull a few years ago hunting with Bob Sundeen of Trails West Outfitters in Area 61. I don't know anything about them but that's one you may want to check out.
Due to the low number of tags issued for these units there won't be a lot of outfitters operating in them. Maybe a half dozen for area 7 and fewer than that for 61.
