with the urging of my sister in law I decided to share our success from last year, you can say she is proud of her bull, as she should be.

we had another good year hunting elk in Utah. same as last year we were able to fill 3 tags on the early hunt only difference it took a few more days than last year but we got better field pics, shooting 3 in one day last year made it hard to get good ones for all 3 bulls, but we did not complain
1st up was my sister in law, she put in a multi mile/hours long stalk on this fine bull. You can say she earned this one.

last up was my open bull public land bull. it took more than a few days to get the right one on the right side of the fence but I made the best of the chance. I saw bulls every day a few that were shootable after taking a closer look but I wanted to be 110% sure of where I was....only negative was I had a mentor tag and wanted my grandson to kill him but he was over 560 yards out so I had to be the shooter. forgive the modification of the back ground but I kinda want to preserve a general area that should provide bulls every year.
