How long till an appeals court hears this case and overturns it? It will be too long for sure, but just further proof that the modern government is the most screwed up system we've ever seen. Checks and balances my arse!!! All it takes is one dumba$$ greenie judge to make a ruling like this that has absolutely no basis in fact and is propugated by a group of liars that think they're doing the world a favor, all the while the only thing that's being accomplished is the farmer being pissed upon even more than they already were. The backbone of this nation scrapes by making the same amount for their wares as they did in the 1970's but now pay over ten times as much for equipment and fuel as they did in those times.
And the farmer is not the only victim by far. As game populations decline due to the over-population of predators, the hunter suffers. When the hunter suffers, how many people are affected? The wildlife department, the people who make their living by selling supplies to the hunter, all the way down to the mom and pop grocery store that sees its greatest profit during the hunting season. These greenies don't care that their insane, unfounded views are causing literally thousands of people to suffer at their expense.
