Just a reminder to all of you procrastinators that tommorrow 7-28-08 is the close date for the mule deer survey. If you can't take fifteen minutes to fill it out and put in your opinions, then don't come a whining!

Call me an idiot but will somebody please post the link to the survey...I cannot seem to locate it on the UDWR site.

I want to make sure somebody there gets to read my arguments for a very tight motorized vehicle restriction as the solution for the "improve quality but not limit opportunity" problem, not tag restrictions. You can hunt every or every other year and have many roadless areas (or at least "roadless" during hunting season if the FS won't man up and close the roads) to hunt mature bucks in or we can reduce permits so you are hunting the current general areas every 3-5 years and be able to shoot a 24 inch buck within a half mile of your ATV twice a decade.

I choose the first option.
