If We are measuring 3D!

I'll say about 470 cubic inches of Bone!

369

(Honestly, my thought was 368, but realized it got picked right before me. So I went 1 inch more.)

That 3D modeling is pretty cool.

It says it only costs $45 for them to do the model if you take the pictures.

I may do that with my big bull.

I was thinking 325", which after seeing the other posts, is at the low end.

What was the official score?

Hints: 46" inside, both beams over 56", both 5s are over 13.5" & 10.75" of deduct. Somebody is really close.

with new info ,I ll take a new estimate. "362" net. originally thaught there was more deductions. Nice Bull.!!

>350 +/- 5"? Where are
>you guys getting 370+?
>
>What's the official score?

I can't imagine how anyone could not get 370"+ on this bull. My initial impression was that he was low to mid 380's.

I guessed 3" short on the mains, but still don't see him getting out of the 360's. 369 gross. Nets are for fish.

I Guess nobody liked My Cubic Inch Score!

So!

382" GROSS!

I got 376 same as Goofy, but I don't want to copy so I'll say 377! Gross of course, don't really care about net.

>Lots of close guesses. A couple
>more hints.. 27.5" mass per
>side, 20.5 4s.

Ok, that takes my numbers to 370 even.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-06-17 AT 09:17AM (MST)[p]The only real flaw is the chipped G1s and one short G2, but G1s are still 17 and 18.5", 2s are 13.25 and 17-5/8"

Threes are great, 17.75 and 14.25..

Gross is 381.25 and net is 370.5.

Some of you guys were close, the 3D model is pretty cool and doesn't hide anything.

I underestimated him a bit. I knew I would be a little low once you posted the length of the main beams in your hint.

Love the dudes calling those of us out for scoring the bull 350+ (cowwhitey) comes to mind. Classic monstermuley scoring "experts"!!

Just narrows down my list of who I want in my corner when I have a bull in front of me ???

How the hey long are those beams and spread ???

I guessed 355 with 26" mass, 50" beams and 45" spread and had almost exactly your average numbers for each of the fronts and 4ths.

Super cool bull and 3D pics in any case. Thanks for sharing !!!

Cheers,
Pete

Couple field photos - 15 years ago, time flies. Wish the elk hunting in SW MT was as good now as it was then. My friend killed this bull during the general season on public land. Took us all night to get the first load to the trailhead.

SPAZ posted the score in post #38 (not all details but actual gross and net score and a couple other measurements)

You obviously don't want me in the field judging for you!

But never said I wouldn't shoot him!!

Field pics look bigger. I was thinking 360-365 looking at the 3D image, really cool, btw.... didn't guess the beams to be that long. Great bull, congrats.

I liked guess the score posts where the numbers are known, just to see some of the numbers winged out. I tend to score low even in the field, which I thinks good. I really missed the thirds. I had them at 14&11

$45 for the 3D rendering.

$20 - $40 for a 3D plastic model of your trophy. That would be kind of cool too to have a little model on your desk at work.
