Are you freaking kidding me with this thread...1) you have to catch me to presecute me 2) if its properly posted why post come on here posting this crap 3) does anyone really GAFF...come on now, go do your extra patrols of the property and be done with it. Why assume that people that post on here are even going to trespass to hunt. Ive seen it all now...

Seriously?? Get a life. Oh and by the way, my yard is also posted. It has a six foot fence with two german shepherds and is properly posted also. There are no big game animals on it but some people seem to think it is their God given right to play on my kids swing set. I even had a joker or two fire up my propane grill and cook ribs on it once. The local PD and SO will be doing regular patrols to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Also, my neighbors all the way up and down and on both sides of the road also do not allow tresspassing and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Just last week some joker car jacked little Timmy's Big Wheel.

THERE WILL BE NO WARNINGS. ONLY CITATIONS

Thanks for your cooperation!
If you have any questions about who owns which propane grill, Big Wheel, or boundaries please fire me off an email at:

LAST EDITED ON Oct-09-08 AT 06:14PM (MST)[p]Wow folks. Just trying to help keep folks out. Wow. Sorry for trying to stop the problem. Their have been folks asking about 71, so I figured I help them stay out of private property. If you had any idea of how bad the problem is up their you wouldn't be so fast to judge. Just trying to help. Sorry.

Lets make sure we only hunt the other bajillion acres of land in Unit 71, and don't even drive by this guy's patch!

Seriously people. This 79 year old man works his tail off farming only to have people ride there quads and dirtbikes through his grain and poach the deer on his farm. I can't believe you people. I am trying to help him out and all you do is make fun. I didn't say anyone would, just trying to help people remember their is private property their. Even though it is cultivated people do what they want. I am sick of seeing it happen to him. My bad, I guess trying to help someone doesn't go over well anymore. My thinking was is if other hunters see folks there, they might say something to help him keep people out. What if this was happening to you. My hell. I was raised old school, and when your friends need help, you do what you can to help them. I thought this would help. This isn't funny to his family or me when he is loosing money when his crops get torn up by tresspassers. Obviously none of you dry farm.

>i hope there is not one misplaced sign on public property,, when your this adament you must have a good survey to now exactly where the property boundary is,, we have extremely good gps systems(10,000 dollars worth), if one is out of place a guy could get prosecuted for illegal posting land, and hunter harassment, i think this post borders on hunter harrasment as is very threatning to me personally,,, i dont get on the news paper and tell you dont you dare drive past my house to fast or i will prosecute you to the fullest extent,,,, might want to think about how to word this in post not so confrontational...

It wasn't intentionally confrontational. And no, all the signs are on his property and properly posted. And the property was actually surved just last year because we were trying to put money together to build a fence, but because of Diesel prices, we couldn't afford it. Did I mention people are also stealing diesel out of his tractors. What a mess. I really feel for this guy. I try to do all I can to help him, he's a good guy. I hate seeing this happen to him.

BHWAR,

I dont think trying to help out an old man is the problem...you came in here posting like you were the regulator and ready to scalp the first person that tinkled over the fence line. I wish you the best in trying to solve the problem, but the tone of your post IMO was pretty confrontational...take care and next year make sure you build that fence pretty tall cause im a good climber. LOL Good Luck this year.
