Friend's WIFE NV Buck!

Not drawing a deer tag in NV, I was fortunate to tag along and help a good hunting buddy's Wife get her first buck. Hell of a nice first buck- specially from Nevada!. We got their Friday night and it snowed on us for two days straight. On the second day, we got a lucky brake and 3 bucks were spotted 500 yards away from the top of a mountain, I stayed back and watched the action from the spotting scope as my friend and his wife made a stalk on the buck. After two great shots she had her self a real dandy! (120 yard shot, with .270).

Snowed helped:
1. Kepted other hunters away.
2. Helped us spot the buck from far away.
3. Helped us track the buck once it was hit.
4. Helped us slide it all the way down the mountain.

Lots of pics.. Enjoy, Rodzilla_v

Great pictures. I really like the first one. And that last one looks like it is really cold.

Nice Buck looks like a great hunt.
Now I remember why I pack that big canvas tent and wood stove.

Congrats to your buddy's wife on a nice Buck, thanks for sharing.

There's room for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed taters and gravy.

Wow! Although that's a great buck....I'm more impressed with the fact that she stayed in a tent in that weather. You wouldn't catch my wife in a tent in weather like that and she loves to be hunting and in the outdoors.:D

It's always an adventure!!!
