Does anybody have any info on a good wild game butcher in the Kanab, Ut area? I will be hunting mule deer in Az 12B next week and am trying to plan ahead.

Theres a really good one in Fredonia. LaCorti's. He makes great jerky. Im not sure of the business number. Its posted around town or just ask around.

I just left a deer there a couple of days ago. I'm very picky about how my meat gets handeled. LOL!
I don't know the number but he is located at the far South West end of Fredonia. Just take Highway 389 West off Highway 89A to Altus lane. Turn South and you will run into LaCorti's shop, about two miles in. Good Luck on the hunt.
