Today I just received a picture on my phone of a monster muley that I am going to estimate it being 38' to 40' wide over 50' of mass and Im guessing it will score 270'. supposably it was shot some where near Delta Utah. The hunter is shay rowley.
Has anyone on here received this same picture or know anything about this BUCK?

sonofthesouth,I dont want to post it on this post w/o the owners consent. Let a lone I dont know how to tranfer from my phone to the computer LOL. If you or any of you have a cell phone that can receive pics. send me a PM or email me at [email protected]. and I will forward this crazy muley.
seriously, I am very knowledgable of giant muleys as far as whats been taken in the past what collectors have or dont have and I have not seen this one. Got to get info. on this giant.
Thanks. PS. all of you will be amazed.

Here's my take on the situation and I may be completely wrong. I've discussed this buck with some others on here who are also familiar with the area and people involved. I think this buck was killed a long time ago by a grandfather or something like that. In a small town like Delta, talk of this buck would spread like wildfire, and there has been nothing! I got pictures of this buck before the rifle hunt started. So it would have had to been killed on the muzzy hunt. The skull plate is very gray and there is no evidence of a "fresh" kill. The word I got was that it was killed "this year". The picture is of Shay holding the rack and skull plate...no kill pic. Anyway, like I said, I may be WAY off, but I don't think this buck was killed recently. Oh, and it IS a HELL of a buck!

bearded fella in a grey t-shirt, white wall behind him, real dark antlers? Nope, havent seen it.

Hey Legacy was that deer shoot on the same LE mountain that you shot yours on?

O my hell, i hope you guys don't think that was shot in utah ever. shay was my old rumys a few years ago. that buck was shot in montana 20+ years ago. He bought those antlers from a guy in montana. its funny the kinda rumors that go around about a big deer.

It's good to get a little more info on this buck. It just didn't add up to me. So maybe I WASN'T so far off? :)

Finaly someone sheds a little more lite about the info. on this massive muley. The info. that I had received , I knew that it was not adding up right. Huntinforlife...what else do you know about this buck? Does Shay still currently owne that muley?

You can by a set of them fron Research Taxidermy and color them yourself. I seen the repo set in there new catalog, says it is a 230 incher from Utah if I remember right.

Yeah i got the same text with that picture. It said it was shot near Delta in Nevada in Unit 21 or 23 or something like that.? Doesn't make sense to me. Supposedly it was killed during the blackpowder hunt. It's so hilarious the rumors and pictures that float around during the hunts every year.I honostly look forward to all the new pictures and stories that float around every year! I get a kick out of it!

Anyway it is a huge buck! ha ha

TLF is right. It's a plastic buck from the Research Mannikins Catalog. It's been around for many many years. It's PLASTIC boys and girls. Fake. Repro. Whatever you want to call it.

RUMOR BUSTED... TLF IS CORRECT. These set of antlers can be bought online at Research Taxidermy. 34' frame 37' outside spread
10x13 230'gross and yes taken years ago in Utah.Good Job Guys and
