Idaho General Hunt -Score?

I spent 7 days hunting 3 units. Never saw 1 legal deer. Got this buck 3 hours before the end of the season. Im guessing it weighed 210+. I had to cut it up to get it off the moutain. Any guessess on score? Greatest spread was 26 1/4. Not huge but the biggest buck Ive taken. What a rush it was for me to see a deer like that walking out of the timber.

He looks like he'll go around 165" gross. Nice buck! My experience with Idaho was a friends hunt 2 years ago... I can't remember the unit, but it wasn't too far into Idaho. We saw only one 2 point after 3 days, then on the last day, he scored on a 165" 26" wide buck!!! I'll see if I can post the pic of it...

Looks like it could go a little better than 165" to me but the picture is tough to judge. A better picture angle would help. Anyways very nice buck. Congratulations. On an Idaho general hunt anyone would be very happy with that buck.

i just don't see it. Looks to me like a 23" main frame. Is there a 3" cheater to make him out to 26"?

Pic's can deceive and i been known to miss some by plenty but this one looks 160 class to me.

He is a super nice deer for Idaho general. I would put him at 175 for sure. It would be nice to see a score on him when you get time.

Trying more pictures. Thanks for all your input. I havent ever scored a deer before so I appreciate everyones knowledge and opinion. The head is currently at a local taxidermist. Hope it turns out!

I hunted 32 and 32a. Went as far north as Council Mtn. East to Horsehoe Bend and South to Sqauw Butte.Good deer numbers in the past. This year it was a waste land. Perfect habitat no deer. Saw wolves,elk and a couple of extremly scared does. Also more 4 wheelers than I have ever seen in my life. This deer was taken in unit 31. Ugly terrain + limited roads = less hunters.

The score is: The guy who hunted his ass off DIY style on public land and Killed a 170" or so- 10000. The guy who bought his way onto a private ranch and "harvested" some miracle grow fed monster- absolute zero.

Congrats to you for taking a fine animal in a tough season.
