Looking for big strip buck

We were chasing a wide buck on the south end of 13B.
It is a solid 34" wide with a boxy 4 point frame it may have a few extras. I heard some folks from Utah harvested the buck.
There were 4 or 5 trucks pulling ATV trailers. The trucks were orange over white, or the other way around. I would just like to see a picture of this buck. We have chased this buck for more than 2 years.

Thanks for the help!!!

I might have live photos of this deer, I would like to know what he ended up. One of my best friends was chasing him and he took the pics. If it's the same deer his frame is just unreal

huntsonora;
Thanks for the reply. If you have a picture, I would kill to see it. I've had a very personal relationship with this buck
and so far he hasn't made any mistakes. Yes, he is way smarter than me. I would love to see those who say Big muleys are stupid
and have them get close to this buck. If you have a close up picture of this buck, my hat is off to you, you're a much better hunter than I am. Post a picture PLEASE!!!

I wouldnt really take jackrussels word on anything spcheuvront. Just thinking back on past experiences haha

LAST EDITED ON Nov-23-08 AT 09:00PM (MST)[p]I have a picture but not sure if I can post it, it came through an email, is it wrong to post emailed pictures.

Guys;
If you have a picture, post it.
You guys are as bad as a teasing woman.
I'll have to take a cold shower before I can
see a picture.
Steve

huntsonora and jackrussel,
If you guys have a picture or can put me in touch with the
folks that harvested the buck, please let me know.
Steve C.

I don't know if the buck was ever harvested. I just have a live photo of a buck that sounds a lot like what your describing. It's a giant deer, well over 30" with just a few extras. One of my best friends was trying to get that deer killed

Guys;
I just returned from a late trip to the strip.
The big boys aren't all dead!
I'm new to this site so I don't know what's happening when
pauns08 says someone is removing posts, from this thread.
How and who can do that? I'm not looking for some secret
picture from someone who is planning to get it put in a magazine.
All I'm trying to do is ask a bunch of fellow mule deer nuts for a little info. I'm not trying to do anything but see if the buck was killed and if so, I'd sure like to see his picture.
That's all.
If any of you can help, great!
Steve Cheuvront

Here is a link to the buck I think that everyone was talking about, it is a NM buck I think. Most likely not your buck. also if you go down to post #21 it will shed some light on that photo.

Also Moderators have the ability to remove posts, that are ether offensve or if the orignal poster just wants it taken down.

Hope this helps.

JakeH;
Thanks for the reply, no thats not the buck.
The buck I'm looking for is from the S.W. corner of
unit 13B in Arizona. I was told some hunters from Utah,
driving trucks painted orange and white, pulling atc trailers,
had harvested the buck. There were about 4 or 5 trucks, all painted the same, with a LOGO on the side with - - - ROC
on the side panel. If any of you know these hunters please let me know. I would gladly call them and see if the buck is the same.
Steve Cheuvront

Steve, I own ROC and our company trucks are orange and white but i can assure you than none of my employees used their company vehicle to go on a deer hunt! Well, at least i think they wouldn't dare do that...

I'm full of chit sometimes...like now ;-)

Just kidding, hope you find your buck! Joey

sageadvice;
I'm probably wrong about the trucks, don't want to get any one in trouble. Did any of your folks have a tag for 13B in Az.
during the rifle season? If you guys didn't harvest this buck maybe no one did. He is truly a magnificent animal. I have spent more than 90 days a year for the last 4 years learning the strip. I still have a long way to go. I've seen several bucks that would out score this buck by 30 points, but this buck has a look and swager that makes him special, at least to me he is something special.
Steve

Steve, Sorry bud, read my post again. The way you described the trucks and all, i couldn't help myself with the jaw dropper.

I don't own ROC and i sure wouldn't paint my trucks white and orange. I do own a Plumbing Co though and if one of my guys took a Co truck to AZ hunting i'd have a cow. ;-) That's where i got the idea for the jest.

Glad to hear why yer looking for that buck though. I can understand and in your shoes, i'd want to see it to. Good luck in your travels!
