Here are a few photos I took over the weekend. My auto focus quit working on my new camera and with my old eyes, I messed up on a number of good shoots, but here are few that I took.

Very nice pic's Bill. Did your camera break or just a setting get changed? Thanks for posting those pic's! They turned out great!

Chad

Great shots bill. Shouldn't you be out shooting them with your bow and not your camera? You've got a week left

LAST EDITED ON Nov-27-08 AT 06:44AM (MST)[p]Chad, come to find out I had avertedly hit a small switch on my lens and shut off the auto focus. What a bummer, as I missed a number of good photos I would have otherwise gotten.

Here's a few other shots I took last weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. BB

Great pictures! Too bad to hear about the other ones not working out for you. There are some great bucks you've captured!

Nice Photos BB.

Last Saturday of the hunt

Got on some does, no buck.
Walked out to eat lunch.
Driving back, wouldn't you know it a 22-24 inch 4x4 ran across the road onto private property. Lucky sucker. Waved him adios and left.
Sat up on hillside watching for moving deer from hillside.
Found a buck chasing does at about 4:15pm
Ran and hiked up to him as fast as possible only to last see the deer at about 200 yards. As I sneaked up... I never saw them again. Wind was right, but I may have been to loud or to close and they busted me before I saw them.

Until next year.

Hope your last two days were more successful.

Always enjoy your photos. Thanks for the pain of sharing them with us.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-02-08 AT 12:40PM (MST)[p]Hey BB, what camera and lense are you using? Great photos by the way, Steve

Steve those photos were taken with the Olympus E-3 using their Zuiko Digital 70-300.

Here are few more I took with that same lens.
