La Sal Late Hunt

Did the later dates on the rifle hunt help pull any nice deer out of Colorado? Don't know if the weather was a help or hindrance. Any word?

Got back Dec 6th. Hunted 3 days. Warm weather. I know of 3 bucks killed. The largest 185 6x5. My Cuz shot a 180 4x4. Saw two 30 inch 3x4's. Saw a 28 inch 3x3. A fun hunt. Not a great year for 180 plus deer. IMO.

Thanks for responding huntin100. That can be a great hunt but a lot of things have to come together. Sounds like you guys did well. Congratulations on some nice deer.
