Interesting proposal. I hunted these units for 6 days in 2006 and enjoyed being out but sure didn't like fighting the crowds. For a 4-point only area, everyone that wasn't too picky was getting some shooting. I passed some one 24" buck, a few smaller bucks, and we saw one dandy, and I mean dandy, at 700 yards running from another hunting party. Too many people for as wide open the country is. I would think limiting tags would be a good thing. Thanks for sharing.
