The outfitters seem to think there is a decline in trophy BC muleys. Funny that they can't figure out where they went too since we didn't have a winter kill. They just vanished out of thin air. It couldn't have been that they never came down till late this year due to lack of snow now could it?

BTW Bobby, if you haven't noticed I ain't a Badgeboy anymore. And as for the magazines, I may not have made it this year, but my hunting partner did.

I will say you Utards have a different idea of mule deer quality than us Azholes. I spend some time up there fighting wildland fires, and I see quite a few more deer than I ever see in AZ, but you guys say numbers are way down. Wish our low numbers looked like yours.

But, I do feel for you on your general rifle deer hunts. Holy crap!!! If I ever get a chance to go up on one of those, I think I'll suck start a shotgun first. You guys really are nutt to butt with each other up there during the hunts.

Guess they are taking AZ's advice on the increased opportunity idea!!

Look under the forum headers and you'll see Badgeboys name ain't there. I think Founder has left that blue icon by my name to make me think I'm Special. I've been busy as of late and haven't had the time on MM like I did in the past. By the time I read the bad message alerts at night, they had already been dealt with by the other mods. Told Founder that since I ain't doing much of my Badgeboy work anymore, he should find a replacement for me.

While BC's population has been growing, it hasn't been with hunters. It is the cities that are experiencing the growth and the rural areas (which is the bulk of this province) haven't been. With high wildlife populations and low hunter numbers, we'll need to be increasing baglimits to manage wildlife or else the city slickers will be killing them with their cars when they drive through the Interior.

Bobcatbess I agree with you 100%! Utah could really produce good deer but in my case it's not the average hunter wanting a crack at an average deer every year, but instead the UDWR not wanting to take a damn pay cut or lay someone off!!! Instead they let the deer take the fall. I sure wish someone from the UDWR would pull their head out and realize that.

THE LE UNITS HAVE HAD THERE UPS & DOWNS!!!

BUT DUE TO GREED & PISS POOR MANAGEMENT OUR HERDS ARE SUFFERING STILL,AGAIN & ALWAYS!!!

IN THE LAST 39 FRICKEN YEARS DON'T YOU THINK WE OUGHT TO HAVE MORE QUALITY THAN WE HAVE TODAY???
