Mt Goat - G15 (just another point since I don't have 3 yet)

Elk - 35,36 late season cow and OTC archery

PP for everything else (Sheep, Goat, Moose, Antelope)

I put my wife in for archery elk & deer in 66 she has 3 points for each so unless there is a change she should draw both. I'm starting over so just pp this year.

I am in with 13 pp for elk n/r unit #61 archery, 4pp archery deer in same unit..anybody tell me what my chances are?

I would think the points to draw 61 archery elk will take 14 non-resident this year.
I also think it will take more than 4 points to draw archery deer.
Just a guess hope you draw.What do others think?The point Creep just plain sucks in my opinion.

This will be my last year chasin 61 if I dont draw elk..next year I will bump somebody out of 76. Hey I am gettin old!

Pure preference points suck.
A very short sighted system.
Look at your kid and tell them that they have no shot at the best areas, ever.
Bonus points are a much better system.
Nevada's squared points system is the best out there.
Colorado needs to fix the system and dump the pure points way of doing business.

I put in for a muzz deer season in the high country. Burnt my 2 pp to draw it, but hope to see a big buck or two. We're all after the 200 inch monster this time of year, but somebody will get one.

Three of us applied as a group for elk in unit 61. Two of us have 14 points and the other one has 15. We should draw those tags.

My son and I also put in for deer point number 15, antelope point number 14 and bear point number 5.

I plan to use my deer points in the next year or two. We strictly bowhunt, but we might apply for one of the later season mule deer rifle tags and take our chance with our bows. We should be able to draw most any deer tag by that time.

I also applied for a draw bear tag in 61 as a second choice, but most likely won't draw that tag.

points here kiddos for Ranching For wildlife 4 mile ranch deer and elk they are putting up a couple points we will see. Anybody on here ever hunt 4 mile ?
