Region "K"

Can anybody point me in the right direction??

I drew this with my wife and step-son. I'm just looking for a couple of 20" 4X4 type bucks for them.

I'll be there Sept 27th to look around and will have my horses because then it's on to NM and then Nv for me. Will the horses even get used in "K".

Basically I'm lookin for a good camp spot where I can picket the horses and have water handy. Any ideas of areas to scout would be appreciated too.

Does anyone have anymore info on how the Walk in Areas work in Wyoming? Specifically Region K?

Layem, I hunted a walk-in last year on my goat hunt. Get the book from F&G. It shows them by unit/region and how you access it. The one I hunted last year gave out several 100 permits from 9/25-9/30 and unlimited after that but you had to have the permit on you even if it was unlimited. You applied on-line and printed out your permit.
