This would be a great last couple days deer, especially if it was the only hunt/tag i had. I question this bucks genetics, believe he's always going to be weak up front even though he may grow to be a Mass monster trophy in his own right.

Rather than take a young 5X5 that really shows promise, i'll put this guy in the larder and feel good about adding his rack to the bunch.

He would maybe be a last day archery buck if there wasn't much chance of finding something better. I does depend on the state and unit though, for some units, a 140" buck might be as good as it gets.
