I hunted San Juan in 2007 and I got a beast of there.
He is a 5 by 6 and scored 204 and is 33 1/2 inches wide I know a guy that knows the area like the back of his hand. There are some really nice deer up there. If you want anymore info pm me or just give me a call 801-

I have an October deer permit as well and am going as a DIY hunt. I live 1,000 miles from the unit so needless to say, I'll not be scouting till my arrival. I would appreciate any info as well in a PM.

Hey Hawkeye,

I did hunt with Mossback. I hunted with a guy from Blanding and one of Doyle's Spotters. And I was in a magazine, it was in Muley crazy. Just one thing though I spotted my deer very first. HAHAHAH!!!! The story is pretty funny it was in the March/April issue of 2008.
