We all know the feeling right before we pull the trigger or squeeze the release, the heart is racing your excitement level is off the charts .I never thought that I would ever have anything that would be better than that feeling till last saturday when my 12 year old daughter shot her first buck!! I was so excited when she was getting ready to shoot.I did the dad thing by talking her through the relax and squeeze routine.(I needed someone there talking to me to keep me calm)She made a great 1 shot kill at about 100 yards with her 243!Then we both lost it we were jumpimg around high fiving and going nuts .....if I never get to hunt again I have been on the greatest hunt. That might be the coolest picture I have seen on this site!! Big time congrats to you and your daughter.

My daughter is only 3 but she tells me all the time she wants to hunt elk and deer with me. I sure hope she keeps that fire until she is 12!!
