Henry's Split Ear Buck

Ok, he made it through the last couple of years, I took this picture of him in Novemember of 2008. Does anyone know if he was shot this year?

I'm heading down in a couple weeks to try and shoot him again with my camera, that would be awesome to find him and have pictures of him from three different years.

I killed a buck with an identical split in its ear this year on the archery hunt, but I'm pretty sure it's not your buck. Are you sure that's the same deer in the two pictures? What happened to the brow tines in 2008?

I'm pretty sure that he is the same buck, he was only about 200 yards from where I took the picture in 2007 and look at his right antler, it has the exact same kicker on it, but I could be wrong.

I posted these same pictures last year and ask the forum what they thought and everyone agreed that it looked like the same buck.

Do you have a picture of your buck that you can post and if you don't mind telling everyone where you shot it on the Henrys, this buck was just up from the school bus.

I shot this buck. IN MY DREAMS! Great buck and yes, I think it is the same buck. Its amazing how you got all of the gold coloring in your 2008 picture. Is that someting you did or is it natural? He is definitely a hog and I personally wouldn't talk about his location on a public forum. You might try the "Private Message" to talk about that kind of stuff. I hope you find him this November and if you do please post pictures. fatrooster.

If this buck wasn't located on the Henry mountains and was on public ground I wouldn't be disclosing his locatione but since his isn't on public ground and only a hand full of LUCKY people draw the Henry's tag each year, I have no problem telling people where he lives, even on a public forum.

Am I in left field and out of the norm???

PM his name, I would love to give him the pictures I took of that buck in 2007 and 2008, but I'm very bummed that I don't get to take his pictures this year, I'm heading down in a couple of weeks to take more pictures!!!!

Do you know how wide he was and what he scored?
