Utah Extended Unit Buck

This is my first buck with a bow and I couldn't be happier. He is an awesome buck with really deep forks. He is going to be hard to top in my book. Any guesses on what he scores? We put in some hard days hunting and it finally paid off. Many thanks to my brother Tyce for helping me get on this buck and taking him down.

He looks like he has some decent beams but I'm not so sure he'll get the width credit he needs. Good forks and eye guards. He's a 170 buck give or take 3 inches.





Sit tall in the saddle, hold your head up high, keep your eyes fixed to where the trail meets the sky...

By the way mr. wilderness, the Erickson boys will pack out more animals in one season than you will see in 5 seasons. believe me, they knew what they were doing when they hauled that deer down the mountain. keep your stupid advice to yourself.

What a great buck. I love the long tines. I know how much time and how hard you hunted this year on the front. I would not want to be your boots that for sure. I am really happy for you dane that is a great accomplishent, especially with a bow! as far as how you brought him out...who gives a rip! On that pack the bottom is the only place you can put that monster. See you this friday on the sp hope its a good one. I need alittle DNT time!
