Ya it was shot this year. Believe it was 9x11. Hard to see all the points in the picture. It had some dang good mass and some long main beams. Should score right around 215

This buck was shot last week on the 19th. of Nov. I shot him! He has 6in. base mes. and 24 in. main beams. He was also equiped with a radio colar from F&G. He is A 9X11 with mass all the way up. I plan to do a story on this buck soon. Stay posted on the radio buck of a life time. Ryan Peterson

Since when did mule deer start growing louisville sluggers out of their heads?!? Man oh man!!!

Ryan-

Congrats again on the sweet buck man. Heck of a trophy, keep in touch I'd like to know the information on the buck, like age and where they collared him. I heard of another one that was shot, he was collared clear down in the southern part of the unit, and was killed in the northern end of it. Anyways, congrats again on the monster!!

Would you guys quit taking pictures of redwood trees uprooted and turned upside down and then pose taking pictures trying to convince us they are antlers! Geez!

Man, Idaho cranked out some freakin GAGGERS this year! This one right up with the best of them. Buck of a lifetime there, congrats to you!

Ryan
What a great Buck. Please do the story on the hunt and if you can let us know where and when they collared him and how far he traveled.

Still waiting to hear details from F&G. Im very curious to see how old this deer was but im going to gusse 5 or 6.

Congratulations! That's a buck of a lifetime and the radio collar adds an element of awesomeness. Looks like a couple of douglass firs started growing out of his head.

Looking forward to the story.

Hey Ryan-

Do you have any field photos of your buck and of the sweet buck that your buddy shot. Also have you scored your buck yet?

Hey Ryan, did you ever get any info on where or how old the buck was? I seen one other buck that was also collared, probably 27 in 4x4. Anyways just curious if you got any info back.

Love your videos, they keep mule deer dreams a reallity. Lots of info on this deer still avalible. This is a great deer to publicize. Should I contact u through your web site?

Finally heard back from F&G on this buck. He was trapped in a walk in clover trap in Feb. last year. He gave them so much trouble that they didnt take the time to age him. He was gussed to be at least 5 years old last year and was a big 5+5. They said they have his antlers from the winter range. I shot him less than 20 miles from were they trapped him. CRAZY

Thats crazy he great that much more horn in a year. Shows you what genetics and good spring conditions can do for deer. Will be tough to top that puppy though. Hopefully some of the bad genetics will be pulled out of there in the following years, hate seeing those big 2 points 2x3 and 3x3. Who are you having mount your buck?
