Therein lies the problem, Browning. The complainers are so worried about ME ME ME ME. They could careless about the enormous amount of good these permits have done to help and increase wildlife for everyone. Never once have I heard thanks givin for the Two guzzlers and one solar panel well the 2 thousand plus acres of pinion juniper removal that recently happened on the Henry mountains in an effort to increse deer and buffalo there. An increse that may hand you the ME ME ME crowd and their kids a permit someday. Nobody cares that there are four new sheep units opening in the state of Ut this year thanks to huge efforts in transplanting sheep and restoring them to their native habitat. All of this done with conservation permit money. I could go on and on but the fact is, there are those who know where the money goes and the good it does and they support. And there are those who with blinders on, only care about themselves.
So, what exactly are your morals and ideals Browning? Millions of dollars have been spent on your wildlife by these permit holders. Transplants, habitat and water improvements, land purchases, etc, etc.... All I hear out of most people is "where is my tag"
Also for your info. For every conservation permit auctioned there is a matching permit offered to the general pubilic for raffle/draw. Thats the law. I doubt you need worry about the "ONLY" permits being conservation permits.
