CO archery in 34, 25, 26

Anyone hunted deer during the archery season in the above units? Looking for a decent back up plan for this year. I'm not looking to kill a monster, just a good hunt with a chance of seeing some decent bucks. Thanks.

Never hunted it during the archery, but have during the rifle. Ok unit but the deer numbers are down. Lots of high country. Take horses or a nice frame back pack and I bet you will have fun.

Thanks for the input. Which unit did you hunt? What size of deer would you see on a regular basis? Is this a unit you only see a handful of deer a day or do you see more? Thanks again.

Hunted 25 and 26 during the 3rd rifle a few years ago. I would say that on an average I would see about 4-5 bucks a day. Average size was about 20 inches. Talked to the outfitters and saw they said they had seen a few pushing 30. Good Luck
