Cool Droptine Buck Pics

Ok, there's been a lot debating, complaining, and bellyaching lately, so we need to get some horn porn going in these forums again.

Let's see some Droptine bucks. Dead, alive, sheds....it don't matter post up some pics. I'll give whomever posts the best a couple hunting DVD's of their choice from the Online MM Store. I'll pick winner in a few days. Sound good?

Wow great pics! This is NOT helping me with the cabin fever though..just making my dreams better I guess. In reality this is the "droptine" buck I always see when I have a tag.

Here are a few droptines.

A triple dropper my dad shot in 1997.

The buck from aboves sheds from the year before. He only had the double drops that year.

A double dropper from 2003

My mule deer from 2008. He has a small drop tine on the one side.

Here is another droptine whitetail I put a buddy on to. Too bad he was so broken up.

Here is a small droptine on a moose.

I was able to pick up a shed off of him as well.

If so I am sure he is dead now, but was he on public or private ground and how long ago was that pic taken? I know the pic says 05 but in the Sportsmans ad he has a few different characteristics. How many years did you photographed him? I have always loved that buck!!

Hey cjboz,

Different buck, but same genetics. Yes, he's dead now. That photo was taken in 2005, and was also the last year he was seen alive. Also, that was the only year he had the bent forward browtine.

He was a cool looking buck.

I'll play. Not cool, though. I watched this guy several times during the summer, and I was worried the antler was growing into his face and injuring him. I hope he was able to survive and shed the ugly mass.
