Didn't draw 102, but got Region D as a second choice. I will be making a scouting trip to the area the last week of July.
Would anyone be willing to share any general info on the area or answer some questions:
1. Why is historical success in the more mountainous southern units half of what the lower, northern units show?
2. Which units have a better potential for mature bucks (not worried about giants)?
If anyone would be willing to help me out I can offer info in return on:
1. WY Region B Deer (specifically the Rochelle Hills)
2. Colorado elk deer in the Flattops, West Elk Wilderness near Gunnison, or Unit 75 around Durango.
