Not sure what year I took this pic of these bucks. I think around 2007. Its my favorite picture I've taken. I know YELUM has pics of this buck as well, so I thought I would share.

I found these bucks during a nasty snow blizzard. They were just standing there next to the road when my dad and I were up on the winter range. They only allowed us to take a couple of pics before they disappeared in the snow storm. Never found the buck again.

thats an awesome buck but i don't think he's quite 40 inches wide only about 33 or 34 outside spread...ha ha a big s.o.b for sure though

Thats a cool photo. Brings back great memories. There were a few guys that got better pics that mine but he was a treat to see, and we got great video of him on several occasions. His sheds sitting on a shed skull went 42 inches, when placed using pics. Not 100% accurate, but pretty close.

We named him CB40 cause we thought he Could Be 40 inches. I have a 38 inch buck and I new he was wider than mine.

That's one of the BIG boys right there. Wish I would get to see one like him in the scope during this coming rifle season.

Glad you sent the better pictures. It only took a second to put a piece of paper up on the screen of the buck in the fog, mark the ears figuring 20", then mark the outside of the horns with the same paper and see that that deer was NOT 32 or 34 inches.
