Southern RAC

Anybody know what happened at the Southern RAC?

I heard that the vote out of the Southern RAC was for Option 2. Also the Southeastern RAC voted Option 2 last night. Looks like the Northeatern meeting will be the tie breaker!

I don't think the board is looking for a tie breaker. I would venture to say that they will give each region what they ask for. I would not be shocked to see use go to a unit based system in the southern and southeastern regions, and a region wide basis in the other three. This would give the regions what they want and allow the state to monitor the impacts of both systems in option 1 and option 2.

I sure hope they don't give the central RAC what they voted for. Option 1 really??? One instance where I hope the board doesn't listen to them. Like they ever do anyway.
