this will be my 3rd year hunting open country rutting mulies. 0 for 2 so far. this a such a fun hunt. i have blown over 40 stalks on very big deer in 2 years.(16 days afield) should be catching the tail end of the rut. this could be the year.

how have you all had success getting past the does hunting mulies in the rut?

How about trying a fawn bleat/distress and calling those b!tches to you? You can tell I've got coyotes/predators on my mind right now, but just a thought....
