The sun came out for a few right before dark after a 16 hour snow storm dumped in southern idaho so i got a few pics of this buck which i thought might scare thirty and some decent mass They are two miles off through a spottin scope taken with a cheasy droid so its sketchy But after takin a few pics i seen the deer haulin a$$ off the hill I spotted the cat and tried gettin a pic but not sure i can make him out But you can see the look on the buck sayin its time to change zip codes
Hope you like them

I don't think thats it Another doe maybe It was higher and to the left but that was a beach tryin to get the phone camera on the scope and get the pic I need to invest in some better camera optics set up
But this was cool to see after my whole life watchin the deer through the winter and never seein that

Went up on the snow machines this week end Seen some good deer
That big one got away but this young buck looked like he had some potential until some fricken cat changed that

LAST EDITED ON Jan-03-11 AT 11:11PM (MST)[p]Better a lion eating one, then a pack of wolves killing a bunch.

Ya we definatly don't want any more wolves There's too many now
But that cat probably took two days to eat that buck And i'm sure it has another one now Ya its part of the circle but til the deer catch back up to the predators it aint going to happen for good ole day muleys

Hey DRHORN,
I have a pack of hounds that love catching lions. I live here in SE Idaho. PM me if you want to go catch that lion.
