When I was stalking this buck, I was hoping he would go in that 150-155 range. He was running with 1 alright buck and then a bunch of yearlings. The other bigger bucks body was grey and much larger in comparison to my buck. I thought my buck was bigger in antler size, but looking back now I was probably wrong. I shot the buck and walked up to a little bodied velvet buck and knew I had guessed wrong on his score. I wanted to show you the size comparison between the 170 buck and mine. My velvet bucks' head and body are much smaller. Put my antlers on the buck to the left and it would make him look much smaller. With those two factors of head and body size in mind he actually looks like a a decent buck.
