Mount Question

I have a couple of coues mounts in a corner that are basically perpendicular to the wall with a slight head turn. I cant get them into anywhere else in the room so I was wondering if there is a mount base that pivots them or props them out at an angle so they face the room center more instead of along the wall?

I could build a triangular wedge out of wood or something if necessary--just wondered what was out there.
