Robb---It's a lot easier than that if you just go right online like you applied for your tags and they have a list of that stuff that you can click on, print the actual validation out, and pay for it by credit card like your tags. That's what I did for the Conservation Stamp and Archery Permit last year and it only takes about 5 minutes tops. It's a lot easier and you have them right in your hand when you are done with no mailing back and forth, etc. I just downsize them so they are still readable and staple them right to my license/tag.
